Job Responsibilities

Janitorial Duties

Clean and maintain offices, work areas, and common spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors
Empty trash and replace liners
Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
Follow facility cleaning and safety procedures

Housekeeping Duties

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and facilities
Change linens and make beds
Dust furniture and fixtures
Restock supplies as needed
Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 Years of Recent Commercial Janitorial or Housekeeping Experience
Strong Attention to Detail
Dependable Attendance and Work History
Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
Ability to Perform Physical Cleaning Tasks
Clean Criminal Background Required
