About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Shift Lead to take charge during our daytime production shifts, Monday through Friday. This full-time position is perfect for a leader who has hands-on experience managing production teams and ensuring smooth operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the production team throughout the shift to meet daily goals
- Oversee production processes to maintain quality and efficiency
- Ensure safety standards and company policies are consistently followed
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to address any issues
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a shift lead in a production facility is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- A clean criminal background is required for this position
